While I am sure you do have a "freak out" mode because you are human, I just find it hard to imagine you freaking out. You are one of the most thoughtful, level headed (sans politics, of course) people I know. Anyhoo, I hope the trial goes well and try not to work yourself up. Anyone would be lucky to have you as their attorney. Good luck just the same. ;)

I'm with Ron. Fraking out early is good, but freaking out the night before indicates a lack of preparation.
Wishing you and the Official Family all the very best for 2012 Randall. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas too. apologies for not popping by sooner. Work became a 25/8 affair in December and just before Christmas my father was rushed into hospital. He is home now and looks like he will be fine, thank goodness, but it did postpone our Christmas. Anyway, good luck with the trial :)
UP, I freak out over every trial and usually a month early. It's in my blood, though normally, I needn't have worried so much.
