A Little Snark Masquerading As A Basketball Post
As I write this, I continue to hold out hope that somehow, my beloved MIZZOU Tigers will pull off a miracle run, win the tournament, get an eleventh or twelfth seed in the NCAA Tournament. Alas, such an eventuality is not likely and thus, I will probably root for the Baylor Bears this year. Scott Drew has done a fabulous job with the team and has local connections inasmuch as his father Homer, longtime coach at Valparaiso University, is from around here. Consequently, I will add an addendum to last year's NCAA Rules Of Good and Evil by inserting "Baylor is Good."
Please feel free to contribute any additional rules in the comments, provided such rules do not conflict with any other rules especially Rules One and Two. Remember, spiritual punishments obtain upon the violation of any of these injunctions.
Meanwhile, for my friends from Texas and in conjunction with Rule Five, (Texas Good, Oklahoma Evil) I present this tidbit. Of course, I could say one could amend the title by replacing the phrase "moved to Oklahoma" with "graduated from the University of Kansas -- Lawrence" without diminishing the truth of the post one wit.
But I'm too nice for that.
Cheers.

Oh man, those OKie photos are hilarious. However, you're reinterpretation is completely off target, since anyone who's spent time in Lawrence, KS, knows the city is filled with very attractive, very basketball-savvy people...
So when do we get to see your complete tournament picks? (Better move fast, tip-off in 3 hours.)
Shouldn't you be packing? I was going to come but there's been an incident at Heathrow.
Go Carolina!
